There are 26 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings each week in Districts 41, 43 and 44 of Western Pennsylvania Area 60, covering Cambria and Somerset counties. They run in 11 towns — Ashville, Cresson, Ebensburg, Friedens, Holsopple, Johnstown, Loretto, Patton, Portage, Sidman, Somerset — and every day of the week has at least one meeting. 20 of them are open meetings, which anyone may attend — including family, friends, and anyone simply curious about A.A.
There is no cost to attend and no requirement other than a desire to stop drinking. You do not need to call ahead, register, or bring anything.
